Are prices negotiable?
Prices are firm, but discounts are available based on your purchase amount. The more you buy, the more you save!
What kind of discount do you offer?
- 10% off purchase of $1000 or more
- 5% off purchase of $500 or more
- 2.5% off purchase of $250 or more
Offers can not combined – for example, if you purchase $1,000 the discount is 10%, not 17.5%
Can I donate my discount to a charity?
Yes, absolutely!
In lieu of a discount, I will make a donation of the same discount amount to Ecuador ACT Foundation, with proof of donation provided.
For example, if you purchase $1,000 and choose not to receive the discount of 10%, you will pay $1,000 and I will donate the $100 discount you would have received to the Ecuador ACT Foundation in your name, or anonymously if you prefer.
If you prefer that your donation is made to another charity, you’ll need to provide the name of the organization, bank name, account number and type, and RUC or cedula (if applicable) for the bank transfer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with cash, US bank transfer, Ecuador bank transfer, Bitcoin, or Ethereum.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, you can pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Do you accept interesting offers or trades as a form of payment?
No, I do not. But thank you for asking.
Can you provide me with a receipt?
Yes, I can provide you with a receipt including your full name, contact information, items purchased, and the amount paid.
When can I view your items?
Viewing is private and by appointment only. Please contact me to schedule a time and date.

My apartment is located near Hospital Santa Inés, between Avenida 12 de Abril and Remigio Crespo Toral
Can you deliver?
No. But I can refer you to a very reliable, English-speaking drive.
Does your building have an elevator?
Yes.
Does your building have a loading area?
There is no loading dock, but you can park in the garage for easy off-street loading.
Why are you selling?
I am downsizing to a smaller, furnished apartment.
